Tomasz Tracz

A graduate of the Music Academy in Wrocław and a scholarship holder of the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst in Graz.

He collaborated with the Wrocław Opera, Opera and Philharmonic in Bialystok, the Opera in the Castle in Szczecin, the Silesian Opera in Bytom, the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, musical theaters in Poznań and Gliwice, as well as the Viennese Theater Akzent. He has participated in tenor tournaments in Szczecin and Szczawno-Zdrój, at the Moniuszko Festival in Kudowa-Zdrój, at the Bydgoszcz Opera Festival and also at the “Arezzo Summer Music Festival” in Italy.

From 2012 to 2015 he was associated with the Opera and the Podlasie Philharmonic -European Center of Art in Białystok, where he created the character of the Stalker in the Polish premiere of the musical "Korczak" (award - Historical Event of the Year 2012).

In 2013, during the 20th Bydgoszcz Opera Festival, he took part in the world premiere of the contemporary opera "Poiesis" by P. Zych. In the same year he appeared in the Polish premiere of the comic opera by J. Offenbach "Robinson Crusoe" staged by Opera na Zamku in Szczecin. In 2015, he performed Gabriel Fauré's Requiem at the church of Saint Józef on Kahlenberg in Vienna for the Austrian Polish community. In the same season he performed as Ferrando in "Così fan tutte", among others at the Vienna Theater Akzent, and took part in the Arezzo Summer Music Festival in Italy. In October 2015, he took part in the productions of "The Haunted Manor" St. Moniuszko on the boards of the Polish Social and Cultural Center in London.

In December 2015, at the invitation of Accademia Musicale Europea, he appeared as part of the "Tra cielo e terra" festival in Rome, as well as in the supervised "Strauss Baron" by J. Strauss staged in the Wałbrzych Aqua Park and Hala Stulecia in Wrocław. In 2016, at the invitation of the Polish Social and Cultural Center in London, he created the party of Dzidzi in the "Countess" by St. Moniuszko.

In January 2019 he sang Albazar in G. Rossini's Tuco in Italia, in April Pedrillo in W. A. Mozart's Abduction from the Serail on the Warsaw Chamber Opera.

In June 2019 he created the part of Count Belfiore in Mozart's La finta giardinera, he appeared in the co-production of the Silesian Opera and the Academy of Music in Katowice, both in the cast of artists of the Silesian Opera and in the student cast (directed by Bassem Akiki).
